Instructions
Step 1
Set oven control to broil.
Step 2
Spray broiler pan with cooking spray.
Step 3
Place steak on broiler pan; brush with 1 tablespoon of the dressing.

Broil with top about 4 to 6 inches from heat for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Turn steak over; brush with another 1 tablespoon dressing.
Step 6
Broil 5 to 10 minutes longer or until beef is desired doneness (145°F for medium-rare).
Step 7
Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
Step 8
Meanwhile, divide spinach and tomatoes among 4 plates.
Step 9
Thinly slice beef across the grain; arrange over salads.
Step 10
Top with cheese.
Step 11
Drizzle with remaining dressing, about 2 tablespoons on each salad.
