Step 1
Place butter beans, lemon juice, tahini and Greek yoghurt in a food processor with 25ml cold water. Blitz to make a purée.
Step 2
Season with salt then spoon into a bowl.
Step 3
Sprinkle over a little chopped chive and serve.
