Instructions

Step 1
1. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat for 4-6 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbled. Transfer to a small bowl; stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese.

2. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out the pulp, leaving a 1/2 -in. shell; discard pulp. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper; transfer to an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Spoon the sausage mixture into the tomato shells; drizzle with vinegar. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 3
3. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until heated through, 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
