Baked Tuna Sushi

Instructions

Mayo Mixture:

Step 1
In a 2 bowl add the shredded kani into squares, 1/2 cup mayo, tuna

Sushi Vinegar:

Step 2
In a separate bowl add 1 tbsp rice vinegar (Any brand), 1/2 tbsp sugar and pinch of salt. mix well then add it to the 3 cups rice then mix it well

Sushi Rice:

Step 3
In a glass ware or squared foil add and spread the rice, add shredded kani mixture, and cheese then add the japanese mayo
Step 4
Preheat oven 3 minutes @300 degrees

After preheating add the prepared sushi bake
Step 6
Baked at 300 degress for 15 minutes
