Instructions

Step 1
Heat pan with olive oil

Stir fry garlic and shallots. About 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add meat and onions. Cook for about 5-6 minutes.

Season with oyster sauce, fish sauce, thick soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with sliced tomatoes and romaine lettuce.
Step 6
Make dipping sauce with lime and black pepper
