Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine breadcrumbs, flour, and red pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
Step 2
Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap, and flatten to thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
Step 3
Dip each chicken breast in egg whites, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Step 4
Dip again in egg mixture, and coat again in breadcrumb mixture.
Step 5
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken, and cook 3 minutes on each side or until done.
Step 6
Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a lightly greased 8" square baking dish.
Step 7
Top evenly with pasta sauce and cheeses.
Step 8
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until cheeses melt.
