Originally a recipe from Apron Strings Blog that used tofu, but the recipe has since disappeared. I adapted it to use Turkish Veggy brand pea protein crumbles, essentially TVP. Adjust the amount of water to match your TVP's instructions.

Instructions

Step 1
Combine spices, soy sauce, tahini and hot sauce in a bowl or measuring cup or jar. Whisk well to combine.
Step 2
Add enough water to total 600 ml (about 480 ml) and stir.
Step 3
Pour sauce over protein crumbles and mix.
Step 4
Warm mixture in a pot or wok or whatever it fits in.
Step 5
Use mixture in tacos, burritos, bowls, whatever.
