Instructions
Step 1
First slice all your veg into thin strips.
Step 2
Then Place your pan on a medium to high heat to warm up.
Step 3
Add to pan 7 sprays of garlic 1 Kcal spray oil.
Step 4
Add veg to hot pan and fry for 6-8 minuets.
Step 5
Once you have fried your veg add the noodles and turn the heat down.
Step 6
Whilst the noodles and veg are cooking down make the sauce.
Step 7
For the sauce you need to add to a jug the water, peanut butter, miso, honey and chilli, mix well and add to pan cook for 2 mins.
Step 8
And serve.
