Step 1
Slice your spam into thick strips.

Step 2
On medium heat, make sure the spam cooks evenly on each side.
Step 3
While your spam is cooking, crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and whisk.

Step 4
Transfer the spam strips onto a plate. On the same pan, drizzle a bit of oil and pour in your egg mixture.
Step 5
Once the egg is cooked 70%, gently begin rolling with your spatula. Roll until you get a cylinder shape. Turn off heat.

Step 6
Slice the egg roll in half.
Step 7
Get cooked rice, and add 1 tbsp of sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds. Mix.
Step 8
Place your nori sheet and spread half of the rice on to the sheet. Make sure it's flat as possible. Cover 3/4 of the nori sheet.

Step 9
Place your egg strip, 2 strips of spam and squeeze a strip of mayo. Roll the kimbap.
