Ingredients

For the Alfredo Sauce
6 Tbspbutter
6garlic cloves
minced
¼ cupall purpose flour
2 ½ cupmilk
4 ozcream cheese
1 cupparmesan
freshly grated
2 Tbspitalian seasoning
4 stripsbacon
crumbled
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
For the Rollups
Instructions
Alfredo Sauce
Step 1
In a large pot or skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant(30-60 seconds)
Step 2
Whisk in flour and milk and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan, cream cheese, and bacon crumbles and let simmer until sauce thickens, stirring often.
Step 3
Add in Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste

Step 4
Cover the bottom of a baking dish with a thin layer of Alfredo sauce
Step 5
Lay out lasagna noodles. Spread sauce and chicken onto each one and then roll tightly. Place the Rollups in the baking dish, seam-side down and smother with the rest of the sauce
