yum white fish

no lemon in my recipe but could try someday very soft fish, tasteless fish soaks up the delicate sauce

Instructions

Step 1
brown fish in butter for 2 minutes then add another tablespoon brown shallot, add 1/2 cup dry wine, simmer 3 minutes, add 1/2 cup stock and simmer 4-5 minutes more spooning some over fish, reduce heat to heat, stir in parsley, add 4 more chucks of butters, cover and simmer for 3-6 minutes
Step 2
or mix together and bake 350 for 30 ish and rice to sop up juice
