Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
Step 2
To a pan add in meat. Once cooked half way through add in onion and minced garlic.
Step 3
Once meat is done drain the grease. Season with thyme, Italian seasoning, and any other seasoning of your choice.
Step 4
Add in pasta sauce and stir. Add in cream cheese and cottage or ricotta cheese. Mix until cheese is melted.
Step 5
Add in pasta and mix until well combined.
Step 6
Top with mozzarella cheese, cover and cook on low for 2-3 mins until the cheese melts.
