Instructions

Step 1
Blanch mee hoon in hot boiling water for 60 seconds. Use a tong to transfer the mee hoon to a pot and cover it.

Step 2
Fry shallots until fragrant. Remove and set aside. Pour sauce into wok.

dark soy saucedark soy sauce1 ¼ Tbsp

Step 3
Add mee hoon and mix well. Sauce should be enough for the mee hoon to be evenly coated and well combined. Mee hoon will be soggy if too much sauce.
