Instructions

Step 1
Add the oil to a large frying pan and heat up
Step 2
Brown the minced beef, making sure you separate as you stir
Step 3
Add the diced onion and diced chilli then soften. Once soft, add the Puréety Taco seasoning and mix well

Add the chopped tomatoes & water then simmer for 20 minutes
Step 5
Add the black beans & lime juice
Step 6
Stir through the tinned sweetcorn, spring onions & peppers before taking off the heat
Step 7
Add the chopped coriander, then top the cooked rice with the burrito mince
Step 8
Finish with grated cheese on top and enjoy!
