Step 1
Finely chop your garlic and chop your onions, then fry in the pan in the olive oil over a low heat until brown
Step 2
add the beef mince and spices and fry until cooked through
Step 3
add the chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, and your beef stock
Step 4
cook the rice seperately
Step 5
serve up with a square of dark chocolate on top!
