Instructions
Step 1
Wash the lentil. Chop the onion, potato, and carrot.
Step 2
Heat the oil. Cook the onion until it gets softer.
Step 3
Add carrot and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Add pepper paste and cook it.
Step 5
Add lentil and spices, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Add potato and water until it covers the meal.
Step 7
Put the lid on after it boils. Let it cook on low heat until the potatoes get cooked.
Step 8
Serve with some yogurt or freshly chopped parsley.
