Instructions
For the Bread
Step 1
Toast in a pan with butter and olive oil
For the Chicken
Step 2
cover the bread in an egg wash
Step 3
toss in panko breading and repeat
Step 4
fry or toast the chicken until it is fully cooked
Step 5
Then put cooked chicken in to the cooked tomato sauce
Step 6
Top the chicken with fresh mozzarella
Step 7
Let the mozzarella melt on top of the chicken inside the broiler for five mins
Step 8
take out of the oven
For the Finale
Step 9
layer a splash of tomato sauce on the bread, the top with the chicken
Step 10
Layer as much chicken and sauce as you would like
Step 11
for a little extra melt on the cheese, you can use the blow torch you have at home
Step 12
top everything off with parmiggiano
Step 13
slice in half and enjoy!
