Stir-fry Beef with Noodles

7 steps
Prep:20minCook:20min
A savory stir-fry inspired by Chinese cuisine, this complete meal is easy to make and offers cost-effective options. While the recipe uses ground beef, one could easily use sliced flank steak instead. The noodles can be almost any type of long, thin pasta including udon, spaghetti, linguine, or even ramen. It also goes well over rice if you prefer.
