Instructions

Step 1
Medium dice onion, finely dice and deseed jalapeno
Step 2
Pour salsa into Crock-Pot and stir seasoning in. Add onion, jalapeno, and both cans of drained beans. Stir together.
Step 3
Nestle the chicken breasts in the mixture.
Step 4
Cook on low for 8 hours OR high for 4 hours.
Step 5
Shred chicken and stir back into chili.
Step 6
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Step 7
Serve chili over rice and top with shredded cheese and cilantro.
