Instructions

Step 1
Soak the seeds and cashews overnight.
Step 2
Start by blending the cashews, seeds and tahini. Once you’ve created a smooth but thick consistency, add all other ingredients.
Step 3
If the hummus is too thick, you can add water or stock (1 teaspoon at a time). If the hummus is too thin, you can add more of a seed or nut butter. Perfect as a spread or as a dip for your fave veggies, enjoy!
