When I first worked in an office, everyone used to eat these cold pasta salads for lunch. I remember feeling like a real adult eating them. Here I have made my ultimate packed-lunch salad, using orzo pasta and tangy feta cheese.

Instructions
Step 1
Boil the orzo in salted water according to the packet instructions, then drain, drizzle with a little olive oil and allow to cool.
Step 2
Once cooled, mix with the cucumber, tomatoes, olives, onion, feta and a pinch of oregano, then season with salt and pepper. Dress with a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil. Finish with a final pinch of oregano.
