Step 1
1. In a medium nonstick skillet fry the bacon until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and crumble into bowl

2. Then without removing the bacon grease fry the egg. Remove the egg and add it to the bowl with bacon.
Step 3
3. Then in the same skillet add in the cauliflower rice and sauté́ for 2 full mins.
Step 4
4. Add in the butter, spinach, and remaining ingredients and toss. Allow cooking on medium-high heat for 2 mins.
Step 5
Add the contents to the bowl with the bacon and egg.
