Cilantro Pesto Recipe:
2 cupscilantro
packed
2cloves garlic
¼ cuproasted cashews
unsalted
1 tablespoonlime juice
½ cupparmesan cheese shredded
⅓ cupoil
to 2/3 cup
salt
to taste
Garlic Aioli:

Instructions
Cilantro Pesto
Step 1
Place cilantro, garlic, roasted cashews, lime juice, and parmesan into food processor.
Step 2
Pulse until smooth and scrape down the sides.
Step 3
With your food processor running, slowly pour in your oil until desired consistency has been reached.
Step 4
Season with salt, pulse to combine. Can be stored in the refrigerator.
Garlic Aoili
Step 5
Mix mayonnaise, garlic cloves, and lemon juice until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Flatbread Pizza
Step 6
Heat oven to temperature on the flatbread package. If you want a crisper crust, heat flatbread in oven for 4-5 minutes.
Step 7
Spread flatbread with a thin layer cilantro pesto sauce. Top with the cheeses, chicken and bacon.
Step 8
Heat in oven until cheese has melted about 4-6 minutes. Remove from oven.
Step 9
Place sliced avocados on top and drizzle with garlic aioli. Slice.
