Instructions
Step 1
In a pan, brown the pork chops on both sides, using a tiny bit of olive oil.
Step 2
Mix the vinegar with 3 tablespoons soy sauce and the garlic in a bowl while chops brown, and then pour it over them when they're done.
Step 3
Cover and simmer 10 minutes, or until the pork is no longer pink inside.
Step 4
While it simmers, mix the remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce with the corn starch and pour it over the chops, stirring it in.
Step 5
Whenever the meat is simmering, remember to flip it once or twice to evenly distribute the flavor.
Step 6
Bring it all to a boil and then simmer until glaze is thick.
Step 7
Serve with extra glaze on top. Awesome with rice or potatoes.
