Instructions
Step 1
Fry the garlic (lightly crushed) and chilli until golden brown, at which point discard
Step 2
Fry the anchovies and mash until broken down
Step 3
Add the tomatoes, capers, and olives and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 4
Once the pasta is cooked, used 1/2 cup starchy water to rinse out the tomato tin
