Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, add dressing ingredients and whisk.
Step 2
Cook soba noodles in large saucepan. (Follow the instruction on the package)
Step 3
Transfer to bowl of ice water to cool. Drain well, and transfer to large bowl.
Step 4
Season salmon filet with salt and pepper, and roast 350F, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Cook edamame. (Follow the instruction on the package) Smash salmon to bite size pieces, set aside.
Step 6
Chop green onions, and set aside.
Step 7
Add spinach to a large bowl, add soba noodle, and add dressing and toss.
Step 8
Transfer spinach and soba noodle to the serving plate. Add salmon, sprinkle Edamame, green onions, and sesame.
