Step 1
Take a small pot and put it in the stove on low heat. Put the butter in the pot, and when it is melted, add the flour and stir quickly until the flour is absorbed. Poor 1/4 of the milk into the pot and stir again.

Poor the milk into the pot now, add salt and pepper ans stir for a coulpe of minutes.

Now it is time to prepare the pasta. Cook it in salty boiling water as long as indicated on the box. For this dish you can choose a short type of pasta you like. You either use a long or short type of pasta.

While the pasta is getting ready, continue with the prepararion. Slice the cheese in small cubes and ease it down intk the pot. Stir every now and then for about ten minutes.

When the pasta is cooked, strain it and then put it back in the pot. Keep the pot away from the heat. Pour the cheese sauce and stir before serving.
