Step 1
Place a medium size pot on high heat
Step 2
Add soya chunks, potatoes, 2 cups water and broth for 12 mins
Step 3
Add all sauce ingredients to blender with 1/2 water and blend until smooth
Step 4
Add sauce to pot, broccoli and simmer for 10 mins
Step 5
Add cilantro and mix well
