Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, basil, cheese, and cream with a whisk until just combined.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
Step 3
Add the garlic and cook until golden, about 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour the egg mixture over the garlic.
Step 5
Work the eggs continuously and cook until fluffy and soft, 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Divide between two plates and serve immediately.
