A rich and creamy Burrata & Meat Sauce Rigatoni, that’s so easy to throw together on a weeknight and won’t disappoint!

Instructions
Step 1
Turn burner to medium high heat and add olive oil your large skillet.
Step 2
Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until onion is translucent
Step 3
Heat pan to med high heat, add olive oil
Step 4
Add ground beef
Step 5
Add Italian seasoning, onion powder, red pepper flakes and salt
Step 6
Cook until meat is brown, drain any extra fat
Step 7
Add Worcestershire and marinara sauce, stir, cover and simmer 5-7 minutes or until pasta is finished.
Step 8
Bring salted water to a boil and cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions, reserving 1 cup pasta water to add to sauce.
Step 9
Stir cooked rigatoni pasta into sauce and stir in remaining 1 cup of pasta water
Step 10
Stir in a generous spoonful of whole milk ricotta cheese (add more if you want it creamier)
Step 11
Tear apart and add one ball of fresh burrata cheese
Step 12
Top with fresh basil or parsley and grated parmigiana
