Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and pulse until well-incorporated.
Step 2
Wet your fingers slightly (this prevents the dough from sticking) and use a 1/2 tbsp measure to scoop out the ball “dough” and roll it into spheres. Each recipe will create between 10 and 12 balls.
Step 3
Store your Bliss Balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week, or in the freezer for up to two months.
Step 4
NOTE 1 : White Beans may be substituted with Black Beans or Pinto Beans. Chickpeas or Garbanzo Beans are not as moist; you can try but need to be soaked
Step 5
NOTE 2 : Oat Flour may be substituted with any flour of choice.
Step 6
NOTE 3 : You can use any nut combination of your choice. Just add the appropriate amounts of beans and desired seasoning, as stated in the recipe
