Step 1
place the chopped apples in a pan on medium heat with water, the cinnamon and the sugar. cover with lid and leave for 15 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork.

mix all ingredients for the crumble throughly, place the filling first in a ramekin and then the crumble after, maintaining a 70:30 ratio of filling to crumble.
Step 3
bake at 200C for 20 minutes. enjoy!
