1 cupfresh kale

1 cupfresh spinach
chopped

4slices bacon
chopped

0.5apple
peeled, chopped

2 tablespoonsolive oil

2 tablespoonsgreen pepper
diced

1fresh jalapeno

Instructions
Step 1
Slowly heat oil in frying pan or electric skillet. Add to oil bacon, onion, red pepper, and garlic. Allow to cook until fragrant, then add all ingredients but kale and spinach. Once potatoes are browned and tender, add kale and spinach, cover and steam about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to tast
