Step 1
Heat water in pot to boil, when boiling add pasta and cook
In separate large pan over medium heat, sautéed garlic and diced onion in olive oil
Once soft, add small pieces of bacon and red pepper flakes
Cover and cook for about 5 min
Deglaze with wine
Separate eggs and put yolks in small bowl
Add pasta water to bowl and whisk together
Stir cooked pasta into pan
Remove from heat, pour in eggs, and stir quickly
Add cheese, salt, pepper and stir
If it’s too thick, add more pasta water
