Instructions
Step 1
In a pot, boil your broccoli for 15 mins or until fork tender, drain.



Step 2
Add your broccoli to a food processor and mix for a minute.


Step 3
Add olive oil, Greek yogurt, flour, dry yeast and salt and mix for a minute or until you form a dough.




Step 4
Divide your dough into 6 parts and form some dough balls.


Step 5
Roll out each ball into a disk using a rolling pin, then add some mozzarella at the centre of your disk.


Step 6
Close your disk into a ball and flatten it with your rolling pin.

Step 7
In a pan over medium low heat, drizzle some extra virgin olive then add your focaccias. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 mins on each side. Buon appetito!
