Instructions
Step 1
Melt a generous portion of cooking fat or oil in a large skillet over a medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add in the pork and garlic, cooking for about 4 minutes until the pork begins to brown.
Step 3
Add in the cabbage in two separate batches. Once the first batch has begun to wilt, add in the rest and cook until it has mixed in with the meat.
Step 4
Stir in the turmeric and some salt to taste.
Step 5
Add in the carrots and scallions and cook for 2 minutes or until the carrots begin to soften slightly.
Step 6
Pour in the coconut milk, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Turn off the heat, stir in the cilantro and serve.
