Instructions

Cream cheese spread

Step 1
Chop the dried tomatoes and basil.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl (only half of the grated cheese) and mix until well combined.

Sandwich

Step 3
Cut the bagel in half. Spread both sides with each 1 tbsp olive oil. Toast until golden brown.

Spread the bottom half of the bagel with the cream cheese dip. Sprinkle on the other half of the cheese.
Step 5
Place the bagel on a baking tray and bake at grill station for about 5 min until the cheese has melted.

Meanwhile slice the tomato.
Step 7
Place the tomato slices on the bagel. Season with pepper and drizzle on the olive oil.

Stack the other bagel half on top and enjoy!
