Step 1
- Start by dicing a red onion and then thinly slicing red and green pepper
Step 2
- Fry off in a pan with a tsp of garlic puree, then add 200g chicken breast, and four smoked bacon medallions thinly sliced
Step 3
- Add a tsp of Garlic granules, tbsp smoked paprika, tbsp oregano along with 1/2 tin chopped tomatoes and 60g Heinz bbq sauce
Step 4
- Boil 150g rigatoni pasta in salted water
Step 5
- Mix the pasta and the meat together and transfer to a dish. Top with 30g mozzarella and 20g light mature cheddar and pop in the oven on 180 degrees for around 20 minutes
Step 6
- Finish with a drizzle of bbq sauce and chopped parsley
