Instructions

Step 1
Clean gizzard with ingredients listed above for about 10 minutes.You don’t have to cover it, I did because I don’t like the smell.
Step 2
Next raise with cold water then transfer into a cooking pot and add in your aromatics & seasonings.(don’t add water) and cook until is well cooked.
Step 3
Next add oil into your wok or frying pan and add Latifah spice, minced garlic, grated ginger and fry for a minute then go in with your cooked gizzard and stir fry for 7-10 minutes on high heat.
Step 4
Next add in bell pepper, onion and adjust with seasoning and salt and fry for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Enjoy on it own, serve with rice or anything that works for you.
