Instructions

Step 1
Slice the onion, put a little butter in your pan and carmelized the onion over low heat. Turn them every so often, go slow and low until they’re carmelized. (45 minutes or so) Slice your bread, I used sourdough, shred two cheeses. Something gooey and something with flavor. I used cheddar and Monterey. Stack prosciutto, onion and cheese onto your bread. Butter and olive oil in pan, low heat. Remove sandwich, freshen up butter and oil for side two and grill the other side. Slice and serve.
