To Make the Noodles:

0.25 lbspaghetti
uncooked, broken in half

1 ½ cupsugar snap peas

½ cupred pepper strips

½ cupCatalina Dressing
Lite

1 lbbeef sirloin steak
well-trimmed boneless, cut into thin strips

2 Tbspcreamy peanut butter

2 Tbsplite soy sauce

2green onions
sliced

¼ cupdry roasted peanuts
chopped
To Make the Catalina Dressing:

To Make the Catalina Dressing:
Step 1
Blend sugar, red wine vinegar, canola oil, ketchup, paprika, onion powder, celery flakes, and seasoning blend together in a blender until smooth.
To Make the Noodles:
Step 2
Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding snap peas and pepper strips to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 3 min. or until meat is barely pink in center. Add peanut butter and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 min. or until sauce is thickened and meat is done.
Step 4
Drain spaghetti mixture. Add to meat mixture; mix lightly. Stir in onions; sprinkle with nuts.
