Kalua Pork Bombs

Instructions
Step 1
1.) Open a roll of Pillsbury croissant dough (8 in one can). Lay out each individual precut triangle on a clean countertop or cutting board.
Step 2
2.) Add about 2 tsp of Boursin (shallot and chive) to the base of the triangle.
Step 3
3.) Top with 1.5 tbsp of shredded Kalua pork (you can sub in any type of protein here). Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella (or cubed) on top.

4.) Bring both corners of the dough of the base of the triangle together meeting on top of your pile of filling. Then starting from the bottom or base roll up each croissant so that all the filling is perfectly wrapped up inside.
Step 5
5.) Spray a cooking sheet with nonstick spray and place your stuffed croissant pieces on top making sure they aren’t too close together. Season each with a sprinkle of garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 6
6.) Cook at 375 for 10-12 min or until golden brown.
Step 7
7.) Once out of the oven baste in melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese, and parsley on top.
