Instructions
Step 1
Slice chicken breasts horizontally to cut thin steaks 2-3 cuts (option, can also leave whole and cook longer or flatten out a little). Mix all ingredients together and add to the chicken. Marinade for at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Drizzle some oil in a pan and heat, once hot add chicken and cook until done (thin steaks done quick)
Step 3
Optional: rest the chicken - Add to a plate and cover in foil, after 5 mins slice and add to plate.
