Step 1

Warm milk and add butter until melted
Step 2

Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast
Step 3

Add egg and milk/butter. Final temperature should be less than 40 °C before adding
Step 4

Make the Dough ball-shaped, and let it rest for 1 hour until it doubles its size. Cover with plastic wrap
Step 5

Divide the dough in half and stretch with a rolling pin each half in a rectangle shape, around 40h x 30w cm
Step 6

Make a line of Olives 1 cm from the top of the dough then make a wrap around the line of Olives
Step 7

Add ham to no more than 60% of the dough from the top
Step 8

Add 3 bacon strips horizontally, spread evenly
Step 9

Add raisins and capers spreaded across the whole dough
Step 10

Roll in the dough. Add parchment paper to a baking sheet and let the dough rest for 20 minutes while the oven is pre heated
Step 11

For brushing, add an egg with a teaspoon of sugar(brown preferably) and 2 tblsp of milk in a cup
Step 12

Stab the dough evenly on the top, brush with the egg mix and bake

Let the bread rest a couple of hours at least before slicing it
