2 cupswater
2 cupspotatoes
diced, I use tri color fingerling
½ cupyellow onion
diced
½ cupcelery
diced
2 tablespoonssalted butter
½ teaspoondried basil
bay leaf
1 cancreamed style corn
1can diced tomatoes
2 teaspoonssalt
1 teaspoonblack pepper
0.5 bagfrozen yellow corn
0.5 bagfrozen white corn
2 cupswhole milk
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
½ cuppicante sauce

Instructions
Step 1
-Combine first 7 ingredients in a large pot or Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
-Discard Bay Leaf
-Stir in corn, milk, tomatoes, salt and pepper and heat thoroughly.
-Add cheese and pícate sauce until melted
