Instructions

Step 1
Place a large pot with 4 cups water on high heat until boiling
Step 2
Add chickpea pasta and boil for 8 mins on medium heat
Step 3
Strain then rinse with cold water and allow it to cool
Step 4
Add cooled pasta to large bowl
Step 5
Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well
