Instructions
Step 1
Finely dice tomatoes and place in a bowl. Season generously with sea salt
Step 2
Finely chop 1 clove of garlic, some basil and the spring onion and mix in to the tomatoes.
Step 3
Slice the bread in half, brush lightly with oil, and rub with half of a garlic clove
Step 4
Toast the bread until it is warm and crispy then cut the bread into slices
Step 5
Drizzle some oil into the tomato mixture, mic and season again to taste. Place the mixture onto the slices of bread
Step 6
Garnish with basil and balsamic drizzle if desired
