Instructions
Step 1
Boil and cook the gnocchi for 2 mins.
Step 2
Mix spinach, cottage cheese, yolks, peppers, and seasoning. Stir gnocchi in and then add to a dish.
Step 3
Top with pine nuts and bake in 160C fan oven for 20 mins.
