Ingredients

Rotel

48 ozchicken stock
2creole
onions, bell peppers and celery
1.5 lbslinguine
6cloves garlic
2 tblspW sauce
2.5 lbboneless chicken thighs
4 linksCajun sausage
mild
2 lbpickled pork
0.5 tblspblack pepper
1 tblspkitchen bouquet
1can golden mushroom soup
1 bunchgreen onions
2 tspcajun seasoning
1can cream of onion soup
Instructions
Step 1
Brown sliced sausage and remove from pot leaving grease
Step 2
Brown chicken and remove
Step 3
Brown pork and remove
Step 4
Add veggies except garlic and cook down for 10-15 minutes
Step 5
Add chicken stock, Rotel, canned goods, garlic, green onions, seasonings, A1 sauce and pork and simmer until pork is tender.
Step 6
Add chicken and sausage and bring to a boil (check seasonings at this point, should be slightly salty as the pasta will take up some salt)
Step 7
Add pasta and cook until barely tender
Step 8
Turn off heat and leave covered for 20-30 minutes
