Instructions

Step 1
Boil pasta and reserve water
Step 2
Over medium high heat add butter, olive oil, and onion to pan.
Step 3
Add chicken (seasoned) and allow to fry
Step 4
Add the garlic
Step 5
Stir in 2/3 of the pesto followed by half and half, pasta, and pasta water (gradually)
Step 6
Bring to a simmer and add remaining sauce and cheese
